Field Lanka has been actively engage in Corporate Social Responsibility Campaigns since birth. Employees are treated with utmost care and responsibility. Sufficient amount of budget is allocated in each survey to ensure the safety and security of the field team during the field visits to out stations. Field Lanka has a habit of settling all payments of the enumerators and freelance team within two weeks of their service end.

In addition, we allocate nearly 15% of annual profit budget for various social campaigns to the rural public in need. They include educational programs, educational motivation and awareness campaigns, welfare & livelihood initiatives, knowledge sharing cultural camps & campaigns and so on.
