Roshan Kamardeen has been an entrepreneur [since 2005] and establish Field Lanka to deliver highly customized and unique field research services to the development agencies, international universities, corporate business entities, private business enterprises and non- governmental organizations. Prior to establish Field Lanka, Roshan served 6 years in leading private institutions in Sri Lanka among Banking, Logistics and ICT sectors.
Roshan possess MBA [Master Business Administration] from the University of Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing [CIM], United Kingdom and currently reading doctorate [PhD] in Development Economics attached to the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Roshan has a special interest in development sector projects that contributes to the national and international economies & social developments. He possesses special skills in strategic/market mapping/potential business assessments, TOT [training of trainers], strategic planning, enterprise development, external evaluations, and advance skills in moderating focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, meetings and panel discussions in the past 15 years across Asian region.
